How to add contacts
Click the add button which will take you to the add contact form screen. Fill in the required fields ("Full Name", "Phone Number", "Prospect Location", "Source") and submit.
Can I add from my phone address?
Yes, click the address book icon at the top right of the viewport for applicable devices.
If your device supports this feature you will be taken to your contacts screen which you can select any contact and import it. This option allows you to import a contact even if it has multiple numbers.
Can I add multiple contacts at once?
Yes, just go to settings by clicking the more options button of any tab (Dashboard, Contacts, Activities, Reports) screens and select settings option.
In settings window, click on contacts menu option, which will take you to another screen where you can choose the prefered option you want to import your contacts with.
- Importing from excel file
- Importing from address book
This option requires you to have exported your contacts before from the app to excel file. The file is the one that you will use to import the contacts.
Uses the same steps as explained above. The only difference this option allows you to select multiple contacts.
NB - It is important that you select contacts that you've collected from same source and location.
