What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, you will have access until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your account enters a 30-day grace period. You can reactivate at any time during these 30 days to save your data.
Will data be deleted?
Yes. To protect your privacty, if an account remains inactive for more than 30 days past the expiration data, all contacts, activity logs, and pipeline history are permanently purged. This action is irreversible.
Can I export my data?
To maintain the integrity of the accountability system and your activity histroy, data is managed within the KontactMaster ecosystem. If you start a new account, you start your pipeline from zero.
